Check for Wi-Fi Port: Before purchasing, ensure that your unit has a Wi-Fi port. To do this, simply remove the unit and check the back for an empty, usually purple-colored Wi-Fi port. If it's there, you will have to install the wifi antenna. It's plug and play and just plugs into that port. If not, unfortunately your unit is not compatible with carplay.
