Your update has a special FSC code that matches your car's VIN and the map version you choose. Remember, it's important to give us the right VIN and map version. If they're wrong, the FSC code won't work, and we can't refund you because this code is made just for your car. If you have a head unit from another car, we need the VIN/CHASSIS number from that car.
 
Updating your navigation is safe with our maps. They are designed to work perfectly with your BMW or MINI. But upgrading is something you do at your own risk. We make sure our maps are great, but we can't offer a warranty or refunds if there are issues after the update. Once the map is activated, it's yours, as it's a digital item.
